About Tommy Xiliang Wu

Born in Shanghai, China, Tommy started his musical journey in the field of electronic music. He signed and released his first record deal at the age of 14, whilst experimenting with electronic production, he also honed his instrumental skills for a performing career.

After moving to Melbourne, Australia, in 2020 to pursue his performance studies, he became active in the local jazz scene and performed in venues such as the Paris Cat Club, Brunswick Green, Melbourne Recital Centre, and more. 

Tommy moved to Boston, USA, to attend the Berklee College of Music, where he undertakes studies in Jazz Composition, and receives mentorship from  Francisco Mela, Neal Smith, Luis Perdomo...
